    I agree. I see Edwin playing 2/3 of the games as a DH. Will only Play 1B to give Bautista/Martin/etc... a day at DH. Valencia and Smoak will platoon at 1st. Martin will be playing almost every day, DHing every 5th.

    There won't be 162 DH games due to inter league play. The thought process is good though. I don't think Donaldson will DH that much though.

    In the next CBA they should get rid of no trade lists. Either full no trade clause or nothing. Players union always talk of owners collusion, this is player collusion in a way. Not a fair level playing field for teams.

    Signing Martin is a sign that there is more to come, especially when you factor in the back loaded contract. 2 more FA's to come, now that the #1 pick is gone anyways. A LF and bullpen help is on the way.

    There's more to it. Would DHing Atleast during home games not keep him healthier, more productive and in the lineup? He could be one of the best lead off guys in baseball if healthy
