    I might not know advanced metrics like most of you guys, but can anyone tell me how it is beneficial to sit Kawasaki against lefties? From my layman perspective has ability to suck pitches is far more valuable then Maicers ability to flail about the strikezone. Granted he has had a few clutch hits lately, he's still a ****.

    Oh how I wanted Storey to pitch well tonight. I love my junkballers, a man who doesn't throw a fastball is a man after my own heart. Was anyone else mildly perturbed by Derosa's stonehands on everything near him tonight?

    I'm starting to not wanna watch these guys and that f***ing sucks. I'm headed to Tampa on Aug 17th for a three game set and almost feel like kyboshing it. If we hadn't of made these trades, nor were hyped as we were, It would be a hell of a lot easier. f***.

    Well the Yanks have a lot of talent coming back in to play. I also have a lot more faith in Showalter/Girardi on the managerial front. Not to mention Maddon being the biggest gun of a manager in the league. I see Boston finishing fifth, though if Ortiz continues his torrid pace he will give them alot of aid in rising above mediocrity.

    With our relative few tradeable pieces, I think one has to assume that either The Sanchize, Gose or Osuna are parted with in any deadline deal. To me that is one scary god damn propositiom.

    While I agree with you, it is interesting to note that both Aroldis and Kimbrel are predominately teo pitch pitchers. Janssen commands half a dozen offerings. Not saying he's better, I just value his ability to offer different looks.
