Ya and to top it all off, he doesn't even have to appear in the first court date which is April 22nd. He can have a lawyer show up on his behalf and he doesn't have to appear until there is a trial, which is looking doubtful at this point.
They really followed him from a McDonalds in Wasaga all the way to his house in Toronto and arrested him inside his house. Just insane. (like you said, terrible that he was drinking and driving, hopefully he learns from it but I am doubting a conviction at point)
