Yes BUT... this deal I would make only if I was still intent on trading for pitching. I would have offered even more for Carrasco. The purported deal of Norris, Hoffman & Pompey was good enough for me. I would have thrown in another prospect.

By Physicals I mean an actual exam. Exams are not compulsory. The exchanging of medical information is expected, though. Think about it. Tulo was lifted in the 9th and then an hour later he gets traded? Not enough time to do a physical.
