    Cecil himself before hitting the DL said ti was no big deal, just inflammation. Just shows you should never believe players/management. They even said Loup's injury wasn't a big deal, and look he's still gone.

    The Red Sox are a whole lot better outlook wise. Their entire outfield is controllable. Left side of the infield and catcher is covered well. They only need to address 2B, 1B. And they have an unlimited payroll.

    1.) Lincecum is close to signing with the Angels and I'm sure they are giving him a rotation spot 2.) It's Buehrle and he has unofficially retired and stated the only reason why he hasn't handed in his papers is to mess with the media @ Dinger He has been terrible, and chances are he is done as a starter, but I think he can still be decent in the pen. He's by no means done

    I've never understood the important of the follow-through, even with pitchers. As long as all the stuff before you swing/release the ball is the same, you should be good, right?
