  1. Tough game. Shifted on the terrible umpire and not scoring early on McClanahan. Huge series starting tomorrow
  2. 10/300M seems like what it would take at this stage
  3. Wow...a moderator with a crybaby complex...shocker The concept of the swing is how to attack a pitch to not hit ground balls. Not swinging at sliders was not part of what was discussed in the article. But thanks for playing the moronic take game. Yes he he needs to stop swinging at sliders low and away, but the concept of the article and what they discussed with the coach was making better contact and punishing low pitches, particularly sinkers and pitches in Thanks for showing your true colors when you dont understand the concept and can't have a discussion. Crying about a comment when you 1 misread it and 2 move the goalposts to a different concept then what the article was referencing shows true issues lol
  4. I'm not giving myself credit...just having a discussion about what is going on and why. Real question is why does that pain you so much
  5. I figured there are some knowledgeable and good people on here who would like to know what is going on. But by all means stick with....PULL DAT BALL. So basic with little understanding or knowledge of the game
  6. Except hitting sinkers to CF and RF vs pulling them has been a big the difference in HRs this year for Vlad. I think about 10 HRs different the last I looked. Last year sinkers over the plate Vlad would homer to RC or CF on an inside out swing or at least double on a line drive. So no, your point is incorrect
  7. September 15th. Vladdy - 1 Point - Springer - 1 Point - Bichette - 1 Point - Deadpool Chapman - 2 Points - Stangstag Hernandez - 2 Points - Bradley - 5 Points - Espinal - 6 Points - Dylan Merrifield - 6 Points - Moreno - 8 Points - JaysAllMighty, Spanky99, LTBF Off the bench: 10 Points- Omar
  8. "when it comes to hitting sinkers or down and in" Its not sinkers down and in....its sinkers OR down and in.
  9. To the last comment, I think the thought is staying inside out will let him square up the ball more and top it less. He has had an issue with sinker ballers at times this year, hitting a lot of ground balls no matter where the sinker is located. Definitely a difference between HRs to the opposite field last year and this year and that could be it
  10. The technical side was lacking but the improvements on pitches down and some other things are interesting
  11. https://www.sportsnet.ca/mlb/article/guerrero-jr-jumpstarts-blue-jays-to-win-over-rays-as-slugger-starts-to-turn-corner/ Great article detailing some of what I have been saying for a bit lol, particularly the improvement on pitches down in the zone in the last week
  12. Would have been a good spot to PH Moreno
  13. 2 runs and counting...thats an improvement
  14. If Berrios isn't clicking at the time, Stripling is very likely to get the nod
  15. Rasmussen is going to be very tough. He has taken a step up the last 5 starts, and the last 9 have been amazing
  16. Might depend on team/matchup/how each are doing then
  17. I counted the bottom middle of the kzone as well
  18. September 14th. Vladdy - 1 Point - Springer - 1 Point - Bichette - 1 Point - LTBF Chapman - 2 Points - JaysAllMighty Jansen - 3 Points - Biggio - 4 Points - Omar, wilko Bradley - 5 Points - Espinal - 6 Points - Tapia - 8 Points - Off the bench: 10 Points-
  19. That's inside, chart is from the catchers view
  20. According to what? Thats entirely inaccurate
  21. Used the bottom middle and bottom away of the strike zone and the low and away outside of it
