    Manoah needs to take this same approach of throwing more 4 seam and less sinkers. Manoah's 4 seam has been so much better than his sinker, especially last year

    Chapman not doing well vs Rasmussen's fastballs down the middle

    Yeah, he was just out in front on that low cutter. Wasn't a bad pitch to hit, but he hasn't had great timing on breaking stuff yet...since he is hitting like 0.620 on fastballs he will be getting much more offspeed vs good teams. I think he gets locked in on them soon

    Vlad should just guess offspeed vs the Rays...cause they aren't throwing him a fastball unless its a last resort id guess
