    Agreed. Hated the games he was doing 88 like that. I think his min last game was 91, so that was improved. His mechanics have been out of sync. Maybe the focus of the rest of the SP this week (almost all looked improved with very good pitches and velo) gets Manoah back in the right mentality as well

    Manoah needs to use his 4 seam more. He dropped the % usage by 7.4% from last season and it was the 13th best single pitch last year run value wise. The increased usage of the sinker has played a big part in the lack of command early for Manoah imo. Will be interesting to see if its still the same, he has improved the sinker location, or moves more back to the 4 seam
