With very little information on his injury other than he rolled his ankle. I think they are just letting him rest, knowing he will be called up soon....or at least I hope that's the case
I get your point. I think you are missing mine. Negative posts are fine as long as it isn't every other post or something like that. Saying something negative a few times a game would be fine. A few times an inning needs to be moderated. So it's similar to your view I guess. Except there doesn't need to be thought out discussions about negative posts in a GDT.
Your view seems to be in the vast minority on this one. I get that negativity as a whole can be bad, but your ideas would take this board down quickly. GDTs are almost entirely reactionary posts. Being negative when the moment allows for it is totally within reason and acceptability
But, seriously...saying Gibby sucks, or Goins blows at hitting, Revere hasn't hit a dang thing, stuff like that is fine...saying the Jays will get swept, we suck, seasons over, stuff like that should not be allowed.
This idea is taking it a little too far it seems. Having some irrationally negative posts is perfectly fine. The asinine overuse of negatively should be moderated.
The constant whining for mods and banning people has become so unbearable to read. I do think the occasional posts about Gibby being an idiot and should be fired is understandable in the GDT, just not 15 straight posts saying the same thing.
We need another level headed mod that actually is on here daily. We only have one now that puts in the time, just add someone who is rational to help some.
