    Bad defense hurting us again, wouldn't have mattered on the double but influenced how they were attacking Holliday

    I disagree...both were called fair enough imo. The Stroman one should have been a strike but is almost never called and the Bautista one wasn't that bad of a strike call imo

    I love all this complaining about the ump and the only bad call was when Stroman missed the spot by 3 feet and you rarely get that called a strike even though it clearly is

    Their offense is covering up problems with their SP quality and depth

    Our outfield defense was really bad today as well. Looked like Bautista was jogging on the bloop double, Pillar took a terrible route to the double off his glove, and Barney (expected) took a terrible route to another bloop double. We really need Fields or Smith for LF at this point
