A player with at least 5 years of Major League service can't be demoted to the minor leagues on optional assignment without his consent. If he refuses the assignment the team has to offer him a release. At the start of this year Happ has 5 years and 47 days of service time. -
Yeah, when you're watching on gameday, theres an audio link, you just click on "listen" then choose the SN590 option, audio starts a few seconds later.
