  1. All kinds of reasons why bunting there is stupid...not the least of which is the slowest runner in baseball at second.
  2. Gotta be a passed ball there I think... Should have been blocked easy
  3. Hmm weird, two fastballs at 95.... 0-2 count. Mind numbing
  4. Stroman driving me crazy right now, though maybe it's more Kratz calling the game... You're ahead by three and throwing soft breaking stuff and getting behind every hitter. Use that plus fastball and get ahead of these clowns.
  5. Probably just somewhat of payback for that head high fastball yesterday. They probably wanted to set up the double play and figured just to hit him instead of pitching around a guy they shouldn't be pitching around.
  6. Just need 9 more of those and we'll be in extra innings, maybe seeing a reliever in a 0-0 draw.
  7. If he keeps calling steals like that (assuming it was called unless Tolleson is brain dead) he deserves to be.
  8. I told you guys yesterday. Gibby is trolling AA!by putting out the worst lineup possible to show him what a horrible team he built with zero depth. It's all part of Gibby's master plan
  9. Make that 5/5 with 2 doubles. Glad to see he's back on the HOF track. Had me worried there for a second.
  10. Jose "f***IN" Reyes (4pts) - Spanky99 Melky (3pts) - BBBB Bautista (1pt) -LetTheBallFly, Deadpool, Dylan Mastro (8pts) - Navarro (5pts) - vdub Kawasaki (9pts) - Reimold (7pts) -bowld,Frenchsoup, G-Snarls, o2cui2i Tolleson (7pts) -JG34 Thole (9pts) - Bench (10pts) - johnhavok
  11. And believe it or not, managers who make decisions based on small sample sizes... Are not being smart.
  12. Remember a few weeks ago when Santos was saying he needed yo trust his fastball more and challenge hitters rather tha throwing sliders like 80% of the time..? Nice walk on 5 of 6 offspeed pitches. Nice to see he's learning
  13. True, no team does. But when your team is constructed poorly, when the s*** hits the fan, there's nowhere to go for help.
  14. He gets on base? What is your baseline for having an acceptable OBP, without resorting to a borderline useless 80 PA sample size?
  15. No teams stars carry a team the entire season. That's why depth is important. For times exactly like this when your stars are hurt and/or struggling. Lind should be in the DL for craps sake, he can't even jog without discomfort. Rasmus isn't healthy, Bautista isn't healthy, Navarro probably still isn't 100% (and even if he was... He's a 8-9 hitter at best) Edwin and Lawrie are gone... The only regulars I'd say are healthy are Reyes and Cabrera, and Reyes looks like he forgot how to hit.
  16. The Jays are like that girl you're just f*** buddies with. Every once in a while you get satisfaction from the relationship, but deep down you know she's bat s*** crazy, but you don't care cuz she gives great head, but one day wake up and realize she stole your wallet and car.
  17. I guess he doesn't like hanging curves in the heart of the plate anymore.... Would rather swing at change ups in the dirt.
  18. Longest HR, plus highest hit velocity. 120 mph or gtfo
