  1. Most SB are taken on the pitcher, not the catcher's arm.
  2. Wtf teoscar.... basic stuff
  3. I'm pretty sure a simulcast commentary would certainly be something you would need written consent from the Jays to do
  4. At this point I have to assume neither Buck nor Tabby actually watch the game and are really just guessing at what they hear for the most part
  5. But it was 10 damn f***ing good articles.
  6. An extreme flyball pitcher without any plus pitches or plus command doesn't project well to succeed at the majors. He's also sporting a babip against of .162 right now... which is 100% impossible to sustain. He could be a future pen guy though as his fastball/slider might play up in short stints.
  7. Yeah... i know I'm not a 3b coach, bjt when the ball is fielded in shallow left and your runner isn't at 3b.... I don't think it takes a genius baseball acumen to realize you shouldn't f***ing send him home
  8. You're not familiar with the Breaking Blue site some of us started a while back? It got one of our posters hired to the Jays afetr he developed his own new metrics
  9. I'm pretty sure this is what Buck Martinez said to the job at Rogers
  10. I don't get it. .. when a terrible throw beats your runner, you have to put it on the 3b coach. So many bad sends this year it's ridiculous
  11. NOt sure you should even be all that enamored with Romano either. SRF really is the only pitching prospect even close to maybe possibly potentially getting a chance to see if he could sorta be a useful ball thrower.
  12. Noda is such a conundrum. Obviously the pitching in the Midwest league isn't great in that its erratic enough for a guy who can't hit to walk 30% of the time. i wonder if it's just being passive at the plate or if he does have that good of an eye? Noda is the new Greek god of walks.
  13. Might I also suggest... https://www.shoutmeloud.com/tips-for-starting-podcast-beginners.html Obviously some things in there can be ignored, but Mic recommendations and other general knowledge is decent for starting out.
  14. Players of the Day: Turner Larkins, Harold Ramirez Honourable Mentions: Samad Taylor, Kevin Vicuna
  15. He piled upon the Firestone's white face the sum of all the general rage and hate felt by the whole Jays fanbase; and then, as if his chest had been a home run, he flipped his white hot bat upon it. Not exactly Melville... but that's all I got on short notice.
  16. I prefer his appearances in Supernatural. Getting slain by the Winchesters has to be cool
  17. It's just too easy to hit against Sanchez overall. No variety in his pitches at all. any hitter can just sit and watch until he gets to 2 strikes and he would walk more often than not.
  18. Amazing what happens when you get ahead. ..
  19. So sick of pitchers who can't throw strikes. His stuff is so good he can get guys out in the zone, just stop f***ing nibbling and getting behind evry goddamn hitter
  20. I think he's thrown 4 already and it's not even out if the 1st inning
  21. Anyone feel like Pete Walker might be on the hot seat with all these poor pitching results this season?
  22. Really? I've always heard it was more like 3.5....
