RG has demonstrated mlb upside Tapia doesn’t. Admittedly, while not out of the question, it’s unlikely he’ll get back to that over the course or a season idk. But he’s the better 4th OF. His main issue that drew the hate is what he made. Understandably so. That and he got too many ABs- but the same would be for any 4th OF with injuries. I think if he made $5m, the jeers would’ve been less. We’ve seen some pretty awful 4th OF candidates in recent years that weren’t mlb material
