I've also struggled growing up with anxiety. It's not easy opening up to people and trying to seek help. Often times people will tell you to "get over it" which is extremely ignorant because anxiety isn't something that you can just cure with a snap of two fingers. It's almost akin to being a prisoner in your own body. There are days when you should be happy, but you aren't. Instead you feel "nothing" and you go through the motions throughout the entire day. I commend Osuna for having the courage to be open about his struggles with anxiety, and I hope the Blue Jays give him as much time off as he needs.
