Ross has been working just fine so far so I'm not too upset about the whole Drummond thing. JV definitely needs to slim down a bit, and I think he's just tired from playing non stop since July

I really believe that Val will develop into the post presence we need, but it might not happen for a couple years. I've been saying for awhile that we need a back up, defense first big. Like Aaron Gray, but better.
