    I keep forgetting that he's only 21. Most bigs don't really reach their potential until their mid 20s. Jonas has a ton of time to keep getting better.

    This is the key. They spent some good assets to get players who are still paid quite a bit. On top of that some of the acquisitions came with serious risk and haven't really paid off so far

    You're forgetting the prospects we would get by trading almost everyone of value on our team. Or we would still have them. That would be an exciting young team with a loaded farm. Sign me up

    Quick question: would you rather have the team where it is now, or where it was right before the Happ trade? We are currently doing the opposite of building sustained success.

    I just want to see the whole org move in a positive direction. The thing about the Sox: basically I'm just bitter that they had no interest in their team when they appeared to be in a non contending year, and then you know what happened.
