Don't even bother. This is about having an agenda for them now, a mission even. Now they're talking about Kawasaki like he's not a replacement player himself. The edge between the defense Goins brings is FAR GREATER than the edge Kawasaki brings (if at all) offensively. This is coming from the same group who think and support the notion that Dickey is a quality SP with a projected ERA of 3.5 in 2014.

How about we just simplify things? - Goins is a much better defender - Pitching staff is being taxed - The difference in offense(if there is one,sss right now so can't evaluate yet) is not a big enough difference to justify Kawasaki staying up. Pretty easy s*** if you ask me.

I don't think this applies when you top out at 82 MPH, regardless of movement. All it takes is one flat inning(s) and MLB hitters,especially in the AL,will light you up like a Christmas tree. Dickey's success was solely based on hitters being too aggressive in their approach towards him. This is over and so is he.
