  1. JFaS did crunch some numbers several weeks back and has him projected to a tune of a 3.5 ERA in 2014. Think about this for a sec..
  2. You know where i stand.
  3. Dickey off the hook by good Cecil pitching. Dickey is such a pos.
  4. No truth on Goins being the superior defender versus Kawasaki? WTF have you been watching?
  5. A manager can be a lot more creative with a player who has a higher GB % versus a FB %. FACT
  6. Yeah, they were.
  7. Lol.. Shut up.
  8. Why don't you act like someone who mirrors a person with a little bit of baseball knowledge. Give the guy some more time and he'll probably prove to have a bat equal to Kawasaki's,but with more power. Combine this with the defense he brings and you have a decent starting second baseman. Obviously an upgrade should still be sought after, but AA has other SP issues to address.
  9. Please.. At least half of his GO's were struck well or decently enough to be hits with a little more luck and you f***ing know it.
  10. Don't be a goof. You can make just as many pathetic K GIFS using EE and Rasmus K's.
  11. If Goins' numbers are still sitting in the Mendoza atmosphere at the end of may, then a Kawasaki call up can be warranted. Defensively,Kawasaki is outmatched badly, that's why he was sent down. Goins' offensive numbers mathematically speaking should improve given more playing time. His BABIP numbers have to start normalizing,no?
  12. "errr well for one fact Rasmus and Edwin are doing better than Goins is with the bat, and Lawrie not only has a better potential and history as a batter, but he's providing better defence at a more needy spot." First off, you are really showing your immaturity by showing a Goins K in a tough lefty/lefty match up for a player with less than 200 MLB PA's, pathetic display on your part. Secondly, how on God's green earth can you even remotely make a statement like "errr well for one fact Rasmus and Edwin are doing better than Goins is with the bat". Are you f***ing serious? You are actually comparing Rasmus and EE and using them in the same sentence with Ryan Goins? What a stupid f***ing place this is. #idiotville
  13. So i see you guys managed to traumatize and run another new poster out of town. Lol......................... #lynchmob
  14. Why not? Internally he gives us the best chance to win. I'm all for upgrading, but that will come via a trade or a FA signing.
  15. I do see it, but a player who puts the ball on the ground a lot with speed is not necessarily considered useless.
  16. True, but what separates Goins from the rest of the middle infielders is his ability in turning two from second base. His footwork and arm strength especially going against the grain is far superior to both Kawasaki and Diaz, although Diaz would be also pretty solid at second also.
