  1. Martin hopefully heating up. Funny how he seems to start hitting better 3-4 days after catching Dickey and then shits the bed the day he catches him and a day or two afterwards. The stats support this fact also, so can we please say goodbye to Dickey after this season?
  2. f*** the attack early game plan, let's get to the pen.
  3. I see Smoak is 1-12 with 6K's vs Gray. I guess he figures let's roll the dice with Valencia and his no career AB's vs Gray and being a RHB to boot. Colabello over Carerra is a coin toss, at least Valencia is in LF instead of Colabello. On another note, Bautista is 4-6 vs Gray with a HR.
  4. Nobody is hating on the guy, in fact we all hope he has a huge night. Percentages bro.
  5. Colabello and Valencia vs Gray instead of Smoak and Carerra? Hey AA.. How about giving Smoak a bit of rope and get Pompey back up here ASAP? f*** me..
  6. Ok, bottom line.. Do you choose Estrada or Doubront to start in a must win game? The fact that you guys are looking for valid statistical facts to back a Doubront argument just shows you like to argue period. Estrada has the lower contact rate and the better swstr%. With both having the same service time, Estrada has made out much better financially, so i guess you can say the Brewers and the Jays orgs are just plain dumb.
  7. In a fairly large ss this year, Estrada has proven to have excellent command of his fastball and change, with his curve not too far behind. It's entirely possible that Estrada may have figured something out with his delivery that's giving him the better command. I guess we'll have to give Doubront some more starts but his arsenal is weak. Estrada is by far the better #5 option.
  8. No.. Doubront is s***, Estrada is way better. C'mon man.
  9. Yeah, I can't f***ing figure that one out either. WTF happened to Hendricks?
  10. On all seriousness, Gibby using Osuna up by 4 runs in the ninth versus a weak offense in the Rays is f***ing hilarious. He actually embarrasses the organization doing dumb s*** like that.
  11. Kyle Seager? Nice bat but isn't there a reason he plays 3B? Is he a viable defensive MLB SS? Yes i know he's a better option than Reyes.
  12. True but Lind can't hit LHP and Moreland isn't a proven power bat yet. EE has average 37 HR in his last three seasons and is on pace this year also. He's more of a sure thing.
  13. Also, where are you going to find a legit 35 HR type player for less than $10mil for the next year and a half?
  14. I realize that they're already a playoff team. The difference would be that there is that 3 run HR threat in their line up. That's huge in the post season.
  15. With his 3 Hrs? Holliday is a 20-25 HR type, not 35-40 like EE. Also, how sick would it be if Holliday hit before EE? Holiday's numbers would definitely improve.
