    Quintana can throw a curve ball strike pretty much any time he wants though.

    Bautista was looking off speed on that 3-1 pitch, thinking they would never throw him a fastball strike in that situation. It was a great call from Navarro, gutsy though.

    I honestly can't recall one of our pitchers (maybe except for Osuna) freezing a batter with an 0-2 fastball for a caught looking strikeout. It appears that Martin and Thole aren't deep enough psychologically to cross people up. Navarro used to do that quite often last year, especially with Estrada.

    There were actually more but who's counting. 1.5 WAR last year and stuck nicely combined with apologetic posts and threads, to I'm definitely wrong and dillusional because of a two week slump. Oh the great baseball mentality the hive bring..
