    I haven't seen Gausman go up and in with a fastball yet. The Rangers look too comfortable.

    The fact that Gausman can hit 95 combined with that off speed arsenal makes him so tuff.

    He's obviously better at second base, but his mif struggles have a track record. His hands are too hard combined with average footwork around the bag will eventually lead into less time there.

    He took two steps to his right and caught a semi hard hit line drive and fell to the ground. If you don't think that any pro middle infielder can't make that play, then you have some serious problems.

    His approach at the plate is not an issue, it's his defense. You can't trust his defense at second base in meaningful games. IMO, he should see more at bats by filtering him through LF and the DH spot. Espinal is the superior defender and has flashed evidence of an offensive breakthrough.
