    He really was the face of this team after the Halladay era. Donalson and Tulo were someones before they got here, Jose was a damn castoff. This is where he became a giant and a force to be reckoned with. The attitude he shows is that of a leader. He sucked this year, he knew it, everyone knew it, but he has earned the right to have an off year. I hope he is back.

    he is what he is, a sub par 4th infielder, never be any more than that, but with glass bones manning second base, we are going to need some goins and barneys for the foreseeable future

    Beltre is a machine. He is one of the few guys i dread seeing come up in any situation. I wish Joey aged as well at Beltre, we would have some cause to keep him around. go jays

    ugh. with lirano looking like the better option, i sure hope gib knows whats best. I like stroman, just HATE him in important games. If he wants to be in the ALE he needs to learn to bring that A game, and this year his A game has been a C+ at best...

    outside of playoffs last fall, i dont remember a streak of games like this where every game is a must win. We need to pull within a few of the sox for that last 3 games. So do we buckle under pressure or fly and save gibbys job for another year?

    yep, it is that easy, and tastes even better than it looks. crisp that bacon, and warm *real* maple syrup for dipping it in. That says I.AM.CANADIAN more than anything. You can probably hear my arteries clogging from where you are.

    Who would have thought a month ago that we would be battling tooth and nail for a bloody wildcard spot. We really need to use this series as momentum for the final drive. go jays.

    i dont understand this really, braves are paying, so were they that desperate to get a Low A lifer and to save $350,000? their bullpen aint that great, and that option that now could help us next year could have helped them out more.....

    wow, i like this deal. He pitched above his head last year, but i am sure someone would have signed him to more. Maybe this turns out to be this new regime's first steal?

    there was a time i hated playing the yankees as I always felt they were still in the game, they just had the bats that could wake up at any time. We could be up by 5 and i would still be nervous as hell. Even though we have not shown up for this series yet, I feel as though we are still a threat. And it is nice to finally have a team where you can be down a few runs and still have hope. Whatever happens today, this has been a good year.

    ridiculous day games. doesnt it make more sense to have people stay up an hour later watching, than to assume they can all tune in an hour or so early? um go jays.
