    Doesn't seem like a 15 day DL stint to me. It kinda seems like Bautista needs shoulder surgery. In that case, it doesn't really make sense to put him on the DL. He is still hitting very well, and i'd rather have him at DH than not in the lineup at all.

    Exactly how I feel about the situation. Arod didn't deserve to be suspended for a whole season and lose 27mil, and he doesn't deserve this ******** now. Its not like the Yankees didn't know he was juicing when he initially signed the contract. Everyone knew, and nobody cared. Now all of a sudden he gets suspended and dragged through a bed of nails even though he never actually tested positive. And he'll never get into the Hall of Fame even though he is one of the best shortstops/third basemen to ever play the game. Meh whatever

    So dumb. They should have given Pompey another month at least. We all know that Pompey's ceiling is much higher than Pillar's. It doesn't look like we have a shot at the playoffs this year with our pitching in shambles. Why not let the young guys play?
