  1. Navarro pinch hitting was a good move... The umpire f***ed us over with some favorable calls to Wade Davis. A big thing too is that Cain should have been gunned down at the plate in the 8th by Tulo, but he made a terrible throw.
  2. Sure, why not
  3. inb4 Gibbons announces a 6-man rotation next week.
  4. IIRC, Estrada began the season in the bullpen. Estrada took over when Norris was demoted in May I think...
  5. Saunders here: http://m.mlb.com/news/article/125581158/toronto-blue-jays-outfielder-michael-saunders-to-miss-three-to-five-more-weeks-with-bone-bruise-in-left-knee I was wrong about Travis. He had a cracked collarbone, which in turn ended up causing a shoulder injury, and the shoulder injury didn't heal properly and required surgery to fix. http://www.thestar.com/sports/bluejays/2015/11/18/blue-jays-infielder-devon-travis-to-miss-start-of-season.html
  6. And then they found the deep bone bruise after he came back
  7. I don't know why you keep saying it looks dangerous. Finished product won't have any sharp edges obviously. The dirt will be flush with the turf
  8. I don't think any team gets through spring without injuries.
  9. Isn't that what Saunders had last season on his knee? And Travis?
  10. Opening day lineup: Pillar Saunders Donaldson Colabello Smoak Martin Cecilliani Goins Burns
  11. Yeah at least we have like a week and a half of spring training left. He should probably sit out the next week even if the xrays are neg
  12. I would honestly be very surprised if Tulo didn't break something. But I was wrong about the shoulder injury, which I thought was more serious. Here's hoping im wrong a second time
  13. Yeah so Tulo will probably miss 3-4 weeks now.
  14. Stroman won't face Price anyways, because Boston only has 3 games in their first series while we have 4.
  15. I still don't think he's a lock. If his last 2 spring starts are bad, he could start the season in AAA. Sanchez could nab his rotation spot, he's been very good this spring. /s
  16. Nah, he's a filthy muslim who ruined america! /s
  17. Let me guess, Chris is yelling about how the Bluejays have to spend the money to keep both?
  18. Welcomed back? No. This is Shapiro's team for the next 20 years.
  19. Why don't more people understand this?
  20. You understand that whatever we sign Bautista or Edwin to will immediately become our worst contract though right? And both can't play defense
  21. There's a difference between "rebuilding" and letting aging veterans walk/retooling the roster. You don't seem to understand this. Remember Boston in 2012? They got rid of Crawford, AGon, and Beckett. Then they signed a bunch of guys including Napoli, Victorino, Uehara, Ross, and ended up being a much better team. And they had the payroll flexibility NOW to sign Sandoval, Ramirez, and Price. EDIT: Are the Dodgers stupid/cheap for letting Greinke walk?
  22. Hech is cuban no? Maybe that's why they didn't
  23. Pay the man whatever he wants!!! Rite guyz?
