Yeah my understanding of the rule is that after the inning ends, that pitcher can be switched regardless of how many batters they face/faced/will face next inning.

It just feels like Montoyo doesn’t care about winning games. More worried about giving everyone playing time... which is important but come on wins are first.
I’d guess Alford and Yamaguchi get cut. Maybe Cole instead of Yama. Possible Mckinney gets cut and Alford stays until Fisher comes back, but both of those guys are definitely on the chopping block.
