    Im not saying ignore the teams under 40 games, im saying MLB will change schedules around to make sure teams like Miami and the Cardinals will play at least 40. Not sure what happens if they have the highest win percentage in the division, I can’t see them letting a team like the Cardinals get 1st seed in the playoffs with only 40 games played.

    They won’t catch up. I think I had read that MLB is comfortable just going by win percentage with a minimum threshold of 40ish games.

    Im pretty sure the probability of scoring ONLY 1 run increases with a runner on 3rd and 1 out vs runner on second no outs. It’s usually better to not bunt but if you’re the home team in extra innings it makes sense to bunt the runner to 3rd since you only need one run. Someone correct me on this if im wrong

    Really like the way our top 6 looks right now. Jansen should be hitting 7th probably. Hope Grichuk can wake up, he looked great for the first couple games until he got injured and now he’s having garbage ABs

    Why not have Panik play SS or 2B to give one of the guys a day off? I don’t think Biggio has missed a game or DHd yet. Or put Panik at 3B and Shaw DH... idk whatever
