  1. Texas Rangers batting Odor and his 15wRC+ in the 2 hole today lol. Why do people still think he's good? Even his traditional stats are awful, .145 avg, .200 obp, 3 homers. Negative value defense.
  2. Just makes me sad that a ctrl+f search for "vlad" or "guer" brings up 0 results in that article. Vlad was supposed to be THE most surefire prospect since Harper, but look where we are.
  3. Alejandro Kirk though??
  4. That is a great picture
  5. I don't think he'll ever have the plate discipline to be a .400 OBP guy, if he hits his prime his line probably looks more like .300/.350/.600 More in line with what Teoscar is doing right now. Even that seems unrealistic at this point, wouldn't be surprised if he has more of a Miguel Sano type of career.
  6. I’d say probably like half the stuff people s*** on him for is from the front office and high performance department. The other half is him being dumn.
  7. Which one was Walker pissed about? If you’re talking about his start in Boston, it was 100% the right time to pull him so I don’t care if he was mad.
  8. I understand his frustration, its a rough combination of his talents declining and the game/analytics changing. He gets a big 24 million dollar contract in the offseason which puffs up his ego a bit, so he thinks he’s entitled to pitch 7 innings like old times. But the talent isn’t where it used to be, the game is changing, and he can’t keep up. He’s looking at it from the wrong perspective IMO, his thought process SHOULD be “hey this team is paying me a lot of money and they have it in their best interest to get the best possible production out of me, so I’ll do whatever they need me to do”. Instead his ego is controlling the conversation.
  9. Big yikes
  10. I mean really he should have been able to make it to 2nd there but he must have had a really late break. Bad
  11. Davis just misses a homerun and Biggio just misses a double down the line. Tough breaks, should be 5-3 right now
  12. The Fish needs to play everyday
  13. Feels like such a bad time to lose 2 of our best hitters... 8 games to go against the Yanks still. Lets hope Bo comes back healthy and swinging
  14. Ughhhh. Best lineup is probably Shaw at 1B and Panik at 3B?? Would have been nice to take a chance on Vogelbach or Smoak now, but both are off the table. Lineup looks pretty crappy with no Bo/Teo/Tellez
  15. Can’t do much about it if they just love food and aren’t willing to cut their diet
  16. He’ll likely get into the game once Happ is out. Or maybe not, his hand could be hurting from the play at the plate last night (catcher’s knee came down on his finger)
  17. Jonathan Davis in RF and no Villar is... interesting
  18. Grichuk interviewed by Jomboy after last night's win: Love the intro lol
  19. So if Dolis doesn’t have it here, who do we go to?? Bad move IMO, would have stayed with Borucki
