    Hasn’t Alomar been part of the organization since AA’s tenure? Also this incident happened in 2014... under AA and Beeston.

    Right, though one article I read says the victim is preparing a legal case against MLB and the Bluejays.

    Exactly this. Alomar is still LEGALLY innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but that doesn't mean MLB can't conduct their own private investigation and determine that he violated their rules and protocols.
