    If he doesn’t improve by the end of the year he’ll likely be moved to a new position and the front office will sign one of the many free agent shortstops available. Im willing to give him the rest of the season and I bet the so is the front office.

    I like the shakeup. Even when we first acquired him, I didn't think that Semien should be hitting in the top half of the lineup. Hope Rowdy can start showing some signs of life. Can't wait til Springer finally starts

    Thanks, I have access to the channel through Bell already though. Just saying though, it should be included in the MLBtv package. It would be a great way to keep fans engaged and informed on stuff outside just the team they follow. Its probably my favorite channel on TV but i’m sure the majority of baseball fans have never seen it before

    Excellent now work with the cable networks to provide a solution for people to legally stream teams in their market through MLB.tv EDIT: also why isn’t MLB network part of the subscription? They should figure out a way to include that

    Athletics with the 0-6 start have now won their last 10 games in a row and are sitting at first place in the division. Truly a wild ride

    The only thing I can think of is that the front office doesn’t think the role of manager matters much over the course of a full season, and they’d rather have an agreeable guy like Montoyo that won’t ever try to overrule or strong arm the front office decisions.
