    They need to send Bo back to the minors too, shameful plate discipline. Bring up Austin Martin to play third base and move Semien over to SS. Panik at 2B. Also Gurriel needs to go, his obp is awful and so is his defense. Make a trade for Soto, he’s slumping this year so his price should be low. Offer Gurriel + Jansen + Pearson. Probably gets it done. Get rid of charlie and hire John gibbons, he’ll whip these guys into shape.

    Why? It would be nice but its definitely not a NEED. The OF is kinda set for the next few yers, I think it would be great to bring in a 3B that hits left. But again, its definitely not a need. The team desperately NEEDS arms. Reliable starters and back-end relievers.

    I've seen him do the same thing before in the past... seems like he only pinch runs if the tying/winning run is on base. I think he left Reese because even if Semien hits a double, Reese can stop at 3rd because Semien needs to score in order to tie that game. Not saying the logic is great but that seems to be the pattern.

    Fair. There's really no way to truly measure the impact of a manager. I just can't agree with that Cleveland game though. You can't just sit on your hands in the final inning and do nothing while your pitcher absolutely implodes on the mound. Especially when said pitcher literally did the same thing a week prior. And looked shaky in the previous inning. And looked shaky his previous appearance against the Yankees. That was extremely bad managing.

    Ah yes, we definitely used all our best relievers last night. Definitely “all out”. Stop making s*** up. Charlie did a good job managing last night but we were lucky the Marlins didn’t score any runs when Payamps came in with runners on. Bullpen did well to hold the score. But lets not make things up and say Charlie went “all out” to hold the score. He kept his high leverage guys out, which is fine. Maybe he should have used one of those guys we used last night to relieve Chatwood in Cleveland when he couldn’t hit a barn door from 20 feet...

    Yankees would die if Cole got injured. Losing Judge would also really hurt them. Braves/Acuna Twins/Buxton Giants/Gausman
