    He was always awful though. Should have been fired in the offseason after missing the playoffs by a game. They fired him mid-season while still competing. That’s definitely sending a message.

    I think its silly to outright say that breaking the Barrio had nothing to do with it. The truth is WE DONT KNOW. I personally think its probably a bit of column A and a bit of column B. Probably more about improving the team and contract status and such, but the other stuff was probably a factor. Don’t forget that they fired Charlie mid-season. You can’t tell me that has nothing to do with team attitude/chemistry

    Also FWIW I loved Teoscar despite his dumb blunders. Bought his shirsey last year even. Definitely sad he got traded but I understand it likely makes the team better.

You can't deny that the jays have been bringing in almost exclusively white players the last year and a bit. Yall need to chill. Who gives a f*** if the team is all latinos or all white or all black players even. Just give me a world series. Also, denying that work cliques are a thing makes me feel like you've never worked at a large company.
