    Lol. Raleigh is good, JP has been great, Suarez is still solid, Teo is turning it on, Ty France is better than what he’s shown… Brash, Munoz and Sewald all great out of the pen. Plus the dynamite rotation. Why you hatin?? Mariners will be in the thick of things til the very end. They are a better team than the Rangers

    Yes…. Im saying the old Whitesox front office probably would’ve been dumb enough to do Vlad for Robert. Didn’t say it was a fair trade

    Whitesox probably would’ve too. Imagine though. Would open up some flexibility for the 1B/DH spot, could plug in Horwitz and sign someone like Joc Pederson… Ahh a man can dream. Robert does have injury issues though so Vlad very well could be a more effective bat for the next couple years.

    I guess I just don’t really see why Swanson isn’t considered an option in earlier high leverage scenarios. But also seems Richards should be used over Garcia in those spots too. The LOB is a huge difference

    Every f***ing year. Can never just go on a roll like Rays this year, Seattle now, or Yankees last year. Ans even when we DO go on a roll (2021) we still miss the playoffs in gut-wrenching fashion

    Yeah exactly. The public info isn’t necessarily the only evidence MLB has. There’s probably more that hasn’t leaked. But we really don’t yet, and time will tell.

    He’s fine, just isn’t one of the better guys in the pen now that we have some newer acquisitions. Without looking at the numbers, his main issue seems to be that he isn’t striking out many batters

    Also, pretty crazy to think that Garcia was basically our 2nd or 3rd best guy last year, pitching the 7th/8th usually. When Green is added to the pen Garcia will be the 7th best guy. Pretty remarkable. Also Cimber nowhere to be found. Complete overhaul from last season.

    Yeah I don’t think he’s bad. But Regardless, he’s probably the worst arm in the pen at the moment so he really shouldn’t be pitching in a tight game unless absolutely necessary. Romano Swanson/Hicks Mayza Richards Cabrera Garcia Francis Seems like the current pecking order. The spot Garcia was brought into last night was pretty egregious. If you have to use him, give him a clean inning against the bottom half of the lineup.
