    I think alot will get sold in the offseason. A lot of companies (specifically the big banks) have started going back to 4 days a week in-person for work. The demand will be there IMO. Seems there is a big push recently to get Toronto back to where it was pre-covid. Shap and Co probably have an idea that x amount of these seats will be sold.
