    The downside of that is there are like 15 pitchers ahead of him on the deepest SP depth chart in baseball. Kershaw Ryu Anderson Maeda Kazmir McCarthy Urias Montas etc etc

    I think they're all possible Top 10 picks. De Leon I see going more in the 10-20 range, but I could be wrong.

    Lots of good guys who it could be. Maybe Rodgers, Crawford, Swanson, Devers, Glasnow. Maybe none of them.

    International signees who are expected to go directly to the majors should be in the MLB draft. Basically, anybody from Korea or Japan. It doesn't look like any Cubans are going to do that this year.
