    IMO all the elite closers go in the next 20 picks. Especially since a lot of upcoming drafters don't pick again for a long while after.

    Kinda glad he picked Chapman because for the life of me I couldn't decide between the two. Chapman is far sexier to watch, but the possible suspension plus incredible relievers behind him kinda murkied the waters for me, and Jansen's K/BB is sublime. Can't go wrong either way IMO. Plus Chapman is a Yankee, so ew.

    A lot of pitching has slid in this draft, IMO. Hamels is fantastic, and he's throwing harder than ever.

    Yeah it's more or less a wash with his 2015 ERA/FIP. As always, health is the major red flag with Pineda.

    It's crazy how he just decided to stop walking guys after not playing pro ball for 2+ years. I think the ERA context is a bit concerning but he's definitely a high-end SP2 when healthy.

    He quietly broke out and plays in a great hitter's park, plus he'll probably bat between Pollock and Goldy, which should really pad his counting stats. The upside is nice for this late in the draft.
