And let's be fair to Lamar Jackson...I've thought he's as overrated as passers get but so far this season he's been pinpoint accurate. I don't know if it will continue, but none of the criticism of him ever had to do with skin colour. It had to do with Baltimore, in 2020 and 2021, literally finishing 32/32 in passing offense. Everyone is quick to blame anyone other than Lamar but you have black former players on ESPN and FS1 saying openly that if Lamar is going to take that next step, he needs to be able to consistently make throws from the pocket. Now he's kinda scary because it appears that he's figured out how to do that. Kyler Murray can be super fun to watch, but a 45 million dollar QB he is not. I can only imagine Activision is thrilled with the upcoming spike in microtransactions when the next CoD comes out.
