AKAIK, we have always killed picks before the draft. I don't really see how it's anal, you have like 2 months to get your s*** together. If you choose not to, that's no one else's problem. I would see dealing with picks as they come to be a huge pain in the ass, like they were in LOD and are in BBDL, where guys are holding out for deals on their picks and making room as the draft progresses.

Apparently not. Now I just dick around on the computer for an hour or so and then tell them I'm ready for the test. They don't check my work or anything. Basically, WSIB pays these people (CareerQuest) 6 grand to give me Microsoft Office for Dummies and work on my own, with a short test from each unit that requires zero critical thinking. I tried to tell them multiple times they were getting ripped off, but whatever. On my last unit of excel and I just got to "formulas within tables" real f***in' useful.
