    It makes sense when you think about it. It doesn't allow the blade to protrude far enough for a cut to occur...unless you slip and move it laterally, but that would happen with any razor.

    Thanks Min. Gonna wait till I use up my cartridges but I think a safety razor will be my next shaving purchase.

    now I am too. I feel like an idiot because I recently bought a shitload of cartridges (they were on sale) Now that I think about it, the number of blades shouldn't really matter when it comes to a close shave. Closest shave you can get is at the barber and they use a straight blade. It also feels awesome. I basically just bought into Gillette's ********. The realization of dumn hits hard.
