  1. I have faith they will fix it. Remember when they changed the transfer rule? They altered that one mid-season.
  2. Oh shut the f*** up. It's all doom and gloom for the entire game because of the one or two instances per week across the entire league where this happens across hundreds of innings.
  3. They were dangerous? You don't think there's anything wrong with a guy sliding feet first into a fielder a few feet outside of the baseline? This rule is stupid, though. Hernandez made a lazy play and the dumb rule saved him from himself. As long as there's no intent to injure, the batter stays in the running lane and ends up on the bag, there should be nothing illegal.
  4. holy f*** I mean, I get the point of the rule, but he stayed in the baseline, and ended up on the bag. The fielder was in a poor position. Why is that Pillar's fault?
  5. I've processed my trade with Spankerz
  6. lmfao Sonny Gray is so s***
  7. You don't want Dinger's team. Trust me.
  8. Taking Triston McKenzie Dinger up for 2
  9. Hits being a category is a lengthy rule and by lengthy, I mean one letter over a scoring column
  10. Reminds me of that old joke: That's like winning an event at the special olympics. No one cares and at the end of the day, you're still retarded.
  11. Some loser who magically all of a sudden gets super busy irl whenever his teams are garbage
  12. your reigning BBDL champ http://i.imgur.com/JYy5W0P.png
  13. I was in love with Bader but his k/BB ultimately turned me all the way off. Didn't help that he's been pretty s***** for a good while now.
  14. So we're either proponents of giving Ryan Howard a bazillion dollars or in favour of Marlins baseball. No in-between. Got it. I'm actually kind of in disbelief that I need to point this out, but you're aware that we need to pay SOMEONE to play DH and RF, right? I know you bizarrely don't think that winning is important, but there are no options for these positions unless it's Colabello (who is like 30, so old) Smoak (who is almost 30, so old) or maybe Pompey and I don't even know what is happening with him. So what's your solution? The Cubs, eh? Jake Arrieta - acquired by trade, John Lackey - free agent, Kyle Hendricks - acquired by trade, Rizzo - acquired by trade, Zobrist - free agent, Heyward - free agent, Fowler - acquired by trade and then free agent, Addison Russell - acquired by trade, Lester - free agent, Montero - acquired by trade. Literally the only core piece that the Cubs drafted is Kris Bryant. Really great examples. The Cardinals haven't been in the cellar in over a decade and are exceptional at development. The Astros look like a flash in the pan. The Phillies haven't done s***. Good examples, though. Actually, yes, but that speaks more to your laughably s***** baseball philosophy than anything else. You mean the one where I'm consistently top 5 in every league outside the DDL after I realized what I as doing wasn't working and got set on fixing it? Yeah I guess it does speak for itself, thanks for pointing it out.
  15. Also the most boring name for a pitcher since Gavin Floyd.
  16. Only way any of this makes sense is that there's some kind of rampant undervaluing of Johnny Cueto which makes no sense. He's a really good pitcher. Blake Snell has probably a 5% chance of ever being as good as Cueto and Suarez is trash.
  17. Yeah because you wouldn't be paying them money to perform or anything. Just keep acquiring picks. I'm just curious, after seeing how horribly your philosophy consistently fails, why do you still support it? One would think an adjustment would be in the cards by now.
  18. Yeah I did think it a bit strange that you said it, but I let it go. Really just semantics at the end of the day.
  19. What? You don't understand the dynamic between us. Dinger asked me how my day was and I said, "Going great! How about you?" And then he said "s*****, I just realized that I'm the only one in my Bored division that's under .500 and Sonny Gray is my ace." You're just reading the surface.
