    dude I know you don't eat pork, but that also means you can't judge it. Pretty sure you also have some weird rule where you can only eat overcooked beef. My gf felt the same way as you until I tainted her. Nothing you can make out of chicken remotely compares to a perfect medium rare steak, or a smoked rack of pork ribs.
