Chris Paddack returned from TJ and is now projected for a low 3's FIP, Kyle keeps being Kyle and Puig is a 130 wRC+ player who's had a 160 wRC+ in the second half. If only I'd have pushed for Kopech this trade would look like an even bigger STEAL.

Oh yeah, because they've signed SOME pitching or drafted SOME pitching, it means that I'm wrong. Damn, I was sure they were trying to be the first team in history to just employ position players but looks like my whole theory has been unravelled by GD Jr. and Big Red.

Also, I'm glad that they are like anti-aa and avoiding pitching prospects but it's kinda depressing that in a farm with Vlad and Bo Bichette, our best minor league pitchers are SRF and Borucki.

Man, no idea why people are slotting in Alford. Grichuk in CF is fine. McKinney in left maybe and sign someone to play right. I'd like to at least pretend we're trying to compete next year. Alford will probably end up being a bench player and probably not even a good one at that. -
