According to fangraphs... "No Trade: Limited Other Notes: Will be paid $17,000,000 annually throughout length of contract; $3,500,000 from 2023 to 2032; $1,400,000 from 2033-2037" What a f***ing mess of a contract.

I have to agree with Buck for a change. Not a fan of plays like that being overturned, changing it to a single only makes it worse. It's clearly a double in my eyes.

No trial date has been set. Criminal court in Ontario is a very slow process unless an agreement is reached. If this goes to trial it likely isn't until sometime in early 2019.

Has anyone mentioned Brett Gardner as a comparable? Decent bat, has pop, plays good defence, solid baserunner and all around pain in the ass for the opposition.

This FO has clearly shown this will be the route they take. The rotation is likely Stroman, Sanchez, Boruki, SRF, FA and some depth.
