    I'd do whatever I could to get out of Buerhle's contract, even though he is pitching great. Johnson should go. Boni please. Oliver. I would also trade Lind if it is still possible to get a good prospect, but likely too late. JP needs to go, watch him go to NL and turn into Piazza. I would even trade morrow if he comes back in time if the prospect hall was worth it, but more likely to be done in the offseason. I realize that I just traded away 3 starting pitchers, but only one has helped this year so it's like trading away 1 only. Hell, it might be good to sell high on Rogers, unless today ruined that chance. Ok, maybe I wouldn't trade all those pitchers, but 2 of the 4

    There must be a team that could use a pinch runner for the playoffs that would give us a long shot A baller, I'm all for this. He would be valuable in that role for a playoff team, strictly pinch running.

    I think the best thing for this team is to lose 20 or so in a row, become sellers and dump JP, Buerhle, Boni, and Johnson. This off season AA will get a real catcher, and suddenly will become a good team. A good catcher is just too damn important and I have seen enough of this clown. Question is, who would take him.

    Sunday is JP bobble head day? That could get ugly. Field littered with JP bobble heads after Redmond gives up 5 in the first with the help of 2 passed balls by JP.

    If AA trades stroman, Sanchez, or osuna I'm off his bandwagon, unless it is for something LEGIT and controllable for at least 3 years.

    Why does everyone want porcello? I get the reliever for a starter but he seems mediocre.

    How much for McCann? 5 years at 75 mil(or is that way too high?) I see no chance of getting him. What would Ruiz cost, I think I'd go for him. Or pierzynski on 1 year deal as a platoon with JP.

    I can't wait until cano signs a 200 million dollar contract and 2-3 years in it is the worst contract in baseball. I hope the yanks do it and not the dodgers.

    3rd possibility is he thought it was a one run game, but I think this is unlikely.

    Seems weird to announce this, but not for tommorow but for Wednesday. I agree something might be going on. Perhaps AA has a couple trades lined up and is letting the opposing teams know they have till Wednesday to sweeten the deal.

    I'm jealous of any of you that live in Toronto and can make it out to games, I'd kill to go watch the sweep tommorow!

    When the jays dig themselves out of this hole and make the playoffs you will all be ready to suck AA's koolaid dry again. And, people complain about the depth he has built, but in the next few weeks to month there is suddenly going to be too many players for the 25 spots and depth will not be an issue...unless we get raped by injuries yet again.

    If we come out of the next 10 games 6-4 and 1 game over .500 I'll be extremely happy. I to have a bad feeling about Baltimore though. Too many players that light our pitching up consistently.

    Phillies will want Gose...they still love him. I'd stand pat if I were AA, dealt too many prospects already.

    How does verlander lose to Baltimore? Wtf! The Baltimore series is a true test to see if we have turned the corner. If we could sweep them we'd be right in it.

    There is no way they trade for prospects if they are around 5 games back. Even Buerhle might stick around.
