Superstars are not available via trade as often as you think and the only asset we have that's enticing is JV. You're not trading JV + a grab bag of Bruno, Noguera and Wright for a superstar lol. And technically, every mediocre team in the NBA is a superstar away from contending.

d'Arnaud was drafted by the Phillies. Syndergaard would be the better example but I wasn't counting prospects who were traded away that never played for the Jays.

Oh I just remembered Casey was a strong advocate of Ross and a reason why we took him over Drummond. Fire his ass into the sun now.

Atlanta has way more talent than us though. Although if we can get the next Budenholzer go for it but Masai probably doesn't even know what makes a good coach since he's fine with Casey and was fine with Karl in Denver.

I'm not really sure how much of a difference a new coach would make with this team. Casey is bad but there's only so much you can do with a roster that doesn't have any elite talent.
