    Stroman is entitled to be as angry as he wants. No question. Dressing down your manager and pitching coach in the dugout and cameras is in no way acceptable. Stroman always puts Stroman first.

    Apparently it’s a bit front heavy as well, so if he’s blocking someone or just underwhelming, then he’s still going to be a decent trade chip.

    Was watching the WS feed last nite with Vasgursian / Buck. It really is true that less is more with buck. He’s not horrible as a colour man, but would he take a demotion to a new broadcaster? Doubtful.

    I’m still holding out hope that we finally will be rid of at least tabby and maybe buck too. SN finally came to their senses by booting Romanuk from the Leafs’ broadcasts, so... fingers crossed... I think buck is fine as Shulman’s colour guy, but will he accept a permanent demotion to the new play by play guy.

    Just looking at some year end numbers for the 2018 draftees, and saw a few obvious trends. For pitchers k/9, BB/9 seem to be favourable regardless of the other numbers and for position players, there seem to be quite a few guys who are flirting with a 1:1 K:BB ratio. And then I saw this Cal Stevenson G PA AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI SB CS BB SO BA OBP SLG OPS 59 280 214 73 79 15 6 2 31 21 1 64 24 .369 .511 .523 1.034 In almost 1000 innings he played all three OF spots favouring left and centre. He made only 4 errors, and had 14 OF assists. Oh, and he also went 21/22 is SB attempts. About the only flaw I can find is that he is slightly above average age for Rookie League. He will be 22 next week. What can you guys tell me about him? Given his age and advanced numbers, I would expect him to skip a league or two next season, but is he a real thing? Has anyone see him play? Spats?
