It depends what his development is. If he is only allowed throwing certain pitches and not others... then leave him down there. If he is currently allowed to throw what he wants and his command is good. Then let him come up for a spot start. I see nothing wrong with that. People seem to think that if he were to come up... and god forbid a mlb player gets a hit off him, he will just curl up and die. Henderson Alverez was fine when he pitched his first time up..... if he had even an iota of a secondary offering he would have dominating. I think Norris has that. Even if he comes up and gets hits hard. He knows what he has to work on. I think it would be great if he came up. Just not sure that at this point he would be a huge upgrade over any of the 5.

He pitched well. But he never should have been put back out there for the last inning.... especially when you consider all the extra you got out of Happ last night. He is a good manager, made a bad decision.

I See he could have traded back... But why bother? Just value of a trade like that is another bench player scrub... or a second round pick no one will ever hear of.

Go look at any NBA draft... ever... from 20 on it's 95% dime a dozen scrubs. I don't know why people get so upset.

This isn't baseball. Seems to me, in the history of the NBA draft.... it's about 80% bums at picks 20+.

The thing is though. The Raptors are digging into a well they know and have had great success with in the draft. They have always done well with Brazilians.

I always look to see where each name lands on the mock draft site. http://www.nbadraft.net/2014mock_draft I don't see this dudes name in either round.

Henderson Alverez made his debut at age 21.11. Daniel Norris is currently 21.06. I recall Alverez looking good when he came up. Why could Norris not do the same thing?

If I were Cleveland, I would be working very hard to get a big asset to move to 4. Embiid or Exum would be ok if you got a big asset coming back.

Listening to the Portland feed. They are raving about Norris. Saying he is 1 or 2 best picture they have seen all season.
