  1. Did you see the contract details of the Oswalt deal? His base salary is $2.3 million 2.3!!! We don't have that much for him?!
  2. OK I'll give him that, that was a nice choice of the changeup
  3. I've been super buzy this past week. Everyone here knows my potential, I just have no time this week
  4. I can add the first thing, but the other ones would take up too much space to incorporate. Thanks for the links!
  5. Huh on the first day it un-animated the gif I guess admin changed it, I'll do so soon, I have to make a new one
  6. At least the MLB did something right for once
  7. No! You'd be an ass if you kept this to yourself . I am always looking for feedback man! So what exactly do you want in the second paragraph? You want fangraphs projections for the pitchers? Or the batters?
  8. http://i.imgur.com/flYoqM3.png @ http://i.imgur.com/Wh2qjq9.png http://i.imgur.com/pwcXMDJ.png Pitching Matchup: http://i.imgur.com/IlV4I8U.png SP - Ramon Ortiz (0-0, 5.40 ERA, 1.80 WHIP, .417 BABIP, 2.67 FIP) [R] http://i.imgur.com/mUzTflM.png http://i.imgur.com/EJ13sJo.png SP - Jon Lester (4-0, 3.30 ERA, 1. WHIP, .267 BABIP, 3.50 FIP) [L] http://i.imgur.com/ydLwk7t.png Lineups: http://i.imgur.com/2B91l4H.png Team Batting: http://i.imgur.com/DmkDucX.png http://i.imgur.com/jP8YHcq.png Notes: Red Sox: Jose De La Torre, with all the injuries happening in the Boston BP, has a chance to make his first MLB appearances out of the bullpen. The 27 year old Purto Rican player has pitched 7 seasons in the Mets, Indians and Boston organizations since 2006, and posted a 2.77 ERA and a 9.3 K/9 in those seasons. Lester against the Jays is a good matchup for him, as he's held the Jays to the second lowest BAA against (.206) from an AL club in his career The Sox are on a cold streak, ever since the series in Toronto, they have went 1-6 getting swept by the Rangers and dropped the 4 game series at home against the Twins. Currently they are on a 3 game losing streak. Jays: Josh Johnson's tricept injury will take him out until June, and Happ's aming for a return in 4 weeks time Jays snapped Tampa's streak of 17 straight series wins at home by the Rays vs. Jays, despite dropping the last two games, they managed to tie the series. A series decision that isn't a loss that hasen't happened since Tampa's rebranding. The offence is starting to take a turn, just as the starting pitching is falling apart. Now that the Jays have lost Happ and Johnson, plus demoting Romero and postponing Morrow's start, the offence finally decides to break out. Standings: http://i.imgur.com/0Gu4PUM.png Venue: http://www.andrewclem.com/Baseball/Diag/FenwayPark.gif I hope you guys enjoy the game and the GDT! Please leave feedback and ideas/improvements for future GDTs!
  9. His hand wasn't going to be 100% until Wednesday as reported by the rays, his glove hand. That's why he couldn't squeeze the glove on Monday
  10. lol your reply confused me actually, made me believe that you forgot Escobar or you thought his name was in the post
  11. No..... You're not close lol I'll give you a hint, game tying homer
  12. You know what's sad? I just came to the realization that they only player I was excited for in the trades was Reyes (and maybe JJ). I never liked Buherle, and I thought Boni was going to be a 2B, switch hitting Davis (partially right). The Rogers trade was stupid and the Dickey trade was stupider. Had we gotten only Reyes and JJ, how much would that cost us in terms of players?
