  1. Soooooo EE: 0.918 JPA: 0.694 Melky: 0.622 Bautista: 0.588 Rasmus: 0.588 (Like Bautista) Kawazaki: 0.520 lol
  2. Two questions: Is hitting your best hitter 2nd a good thing? and who would bat 3rd if the Jays put Eddy 4th and Bau 2nd? Lind? JP?

Bailey will get the closer's role once he's off his DL stint. This will be Buccholz's second start versus the Jays, the first was in Rogers Center where he pitched 7 shutout innings while striking out 8 In 7 games this season between these two teams, the Jays have been out scored (39-20), out homered (16-7) and out pitched (6.00 Jays ERA against the Sox) so far. Jays: Morrow's Sunday start is still not 100% confirmed, as he's still down in Florida getting re-evaluated. We won't know about his status until closer to tomorrow's game Mark Buehrle needs to have a solid game, for the sake of resting the bullpen and trying to have any chance of staying competitve this season. The lefty has had problems with giving up too many hits and the long ball. In his last start, he gave up 7 runs on 2 homers (including a grand slam to Longoria) and a double to the Rays, but the Jays did rally back to win 8-7 that day. Ramon Ortiz pitched a solid 5 innings only giving up one run. It was the BP and offence however that didn't turn up to play, as the Jays got 1 hit off of Lester (Izturis double) and had no walks. The bullpen (Cecil and Storey actually) gave up the other 4 runs, this turnout was completely the opposite of what Jays fans thought would happen Standings: http://i.imgur.com/ugE615l.png Venue: http://www.andrewclem.com/Baseball/Diag/FenwayPark.gif I hope you guys enjoy the game and the GDT! Please leave feedback and ideas/improvements for future GDTs!
  4. Ortiz didn't get shelled, but our BP did. The bats were no where to be seen and helped Lester almost throw a complete game (ended up being a 1 hitter). This was very ugly, not much more to say here. Oh and sorry about the delay! Scoring Plays: Bottom of the 2nd: Red Sox score (Jays trail 1-0): Will Middlebrooks grounds into an error committed by Izturis, Daniel Nava scores from 3B on the play Bottom of the 7th: Red Sox score (Jays trail 2-0): Dustin Pedrioa singles to right field, Ellesbury scores, Victorino stopped at 3B Red Sox score (Jays trail 4-0): Daniel Nava hits his 7th double off of the green monster plaiting in Victorino and Pedrioa Red Sox score (Jays trail 5-0): Jarrold Salty hits his 9th double of the season, Daniel Nava scores Other Highlights: Rasmus saves a run for Ortiz with a beautiful diving play! 5. I like patient Lind! Apparently my accounting teacher's niece is Lind's wife lol
  6. What's worse is we thought Ortiz was going to get shelled. He turned up tonight, he's just missing his offence
