  1. Major League Baseball is expected to suspend as many as 20 players, including Ryan Braun and Alex Rodriguez, after the the All-Star break according to ESPN's Outside The Lines. The suspension would come on the heels of MLB's investigation into Tony Bosch and the Biogenesis clinic in Miami. During a meeting on June 29th, Braun refused to answer any questions regarding the allegations of performance enhancing drug use. League officials are expected to meet with Rodriguez next week. Via reporters T.J Quinn and Mike Fish: According to Quinn and Fish, Bosch's lawyers have been in constant contact with league officials over the past month. Source: http://thesco.re/12WHgmY
  2. If they decide to demote JP to AAA and call up a reliever I'd still be happy, even if it is a 2 man bench lol
  3. Bautista with the sole homer of the night!

Brantley is in a hot streak now, with 14/34 while Carlos Santana is 8/40, leading to him sitting for ex-Jay Yan Gomes. Ubaldo Jimenez has interesting splits, owning a 6.82 ERA at home and a 3.31 ERA on the road, opposite of the norm. Jimenez is 2-0 with a 3.81 ERA in his last 5 starts The Indians are 23-12 at home since the beginning of May Jays: Jose Bautista hit 14/32 in his 9 games, and of those 14 hits, 4 of them left the yard Josh Johnson pitched against the Indians last season, going 7 innings of 1 run ball while with Miami The Jays only scored 13 runs in the 5 games prior to Sunday's win, where they went 1-4 in that stretch. The Jays scored 11 runs yesterday though in Sunday's victory against the Twins. Maicer Izturis is .315 in his last 25 games, and he went 3/3 against the Twins on Sunday. 5. So not the 3B or the batter saw that the catcher is standing so far from homeplate, out of catching position?
  6. If he keeps hanging out with Bonifacio he will
  7. I wanted to see him, Cespedes and Edwin in the Derby. Raw power to the max
  8. I'm guessing it's on Bautista's table and he's talking it over with team, and if he passes it goes to EE
  9. I'm guessing Bautista or Ortiz or EE are making the final spot.... don't know what the delay is about though
  10. An idea is maybe the ability to change the rank name under your username (like how mine says "I f***ed up the winning streak" lol) or maybe turning on images in sigs like you said (get prepared for Escobar gifsssssssssssssssssssss!) Regardless I'll donate in the coming weeks when I start to have money rolling in. It won't hurt me to donate to this place, afterall I have visit this site (probably) more than anyother ones
  11. Great idea! I'll donate when some paycheques come through!

  14. http://i.imgur.com/hWPX0Fu.png HD Stream thanks to Charlie460!!! Pitching Matchup: http://i.imgur.com/CN1iCIK.png SP - Todd Redmond (AAA: 3-1, 5.06 ERA, 26.2 IP, 29 Ks, 5 BB, 9.79 K/9, 1.69 BB/9, 1.28 WHIP, .246 BAA, .370 BABIP, 2.56 FIP) [R] http://i.imgur.com/g20IyVB.png SP - Scott Diamond (83.1 IP, 17 BB, 4.43 K/9, 1.84 BB/9, .315 BAA, .331 BABIP, 4.61 FIP) [L] Lineups: http://i.imgur.com/e0MrIBL.png Make your picks for the first homer contest hosted by Dylan! (Click the image below!) http://i1312.photobucket.com/albums/t538/BlueJays20131/Title_zpsecbb6372.jpg Jays Batting: Actual Batting: http://i.imgur.com/CvWL9dv.png Projections http://i.imgur.com/n2JMw2k.png Twins Batting: Actual Batting: http://i.imgur.com/FVtmBV2.png Projections http://i.imgur.com/r2EuvkN.png Notes: MLB: The Dodgers acquired RHP Ricky Nolasco and $197,000 international slot money for RHP Steve Ames, RHP John Wall, and RHP Angel Sanchez Blue Jay players OF Jose Bautista, DH Edwin Encarnacion (reserve) and LHP Brett Cecil all made the All-Star Game. RHP Steve Delebar is a final vote candidate and the Jays have made an alliance with the Atlanta Braves, as their fans will vote Delebar and our fans will vote 1B Freddy Freeman Twins: Brian Dozier has been producing from that 2B position, positing a .387 average with 4 doubles and a homer in his last 9 games. Rookie outfielder Oswaldo Arcia who was hit by a pitch and removed from the game was on fire too, as he was hitting .343 with 3 homers in his last 22 games. Canadian native Scott Diamond will be making his second start at the Rogers Center. The Canadian lefty has a nice 1.50 ERA against the Jays in two career starts. Joe Mauer is looking to extend his 5 game hit streak, while Justin Morenau is one homer shy of tying the 4th most career homers as a twin. Bob Allison had 201 homers while Morneau has 200 career homers Jays: Jose Bautista's been hot, even if he did go 0/4, he's still hitting .424 with 4 homers in his last 9 games Juan Perez has a solid start to his campaign. Actually, solid is an understatement if you start the season (after your callup) with 18.2 innings of scoreless relief pitching. Yesterday's loss came at a bit of a surprise especially since Toronto were 9-2 against the Twins in their last 11 matchups Standings: http://i.imgur.com/64K8TM5.png http://i.imgur.com/tix6847.png http://i.imgur.com/9ou8QgJ.png Venue: http://www.andrewclem.com/Baseball/Diag/RogersCentre.gif I hope you guys enjoy the game and the GDT! 16. Holy crap! Welcome back Orgfiller!
  17. Because Trout can play CF but Jones can't play LF
  18. Maybe because it would be rejected by the Commissioner's Office?
  19. Basically the trade (should be) as so: To the Dodgers: RHP - Ricky Nolasco Int'l slot $$$, $197K per Ken Rosenthal To the Fish: RHP - Steve Ames RHP - Josh Wall RHP - Angel Sanchez Sources: http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2013/07/dodgers-in-serious-talks-for-ricky-nolasco.html http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2013/07/dodgers-to-acquire-ricky-nolasco.html
